Bihar Agricultural University (BAU) was established on 5th August 2010 under the Bihar Agricultural University Act, 2010, with its headquarters at Sabour, Bhagalpur. Note: Admission to undergraduate programs like B.Sc (Ag.) is based on the Bihar Agricultural University Entrance Test (BAUET) or ICAR's AIEEA (All India Entrance Examination for Agriculture) for 15% all-India seats. Postgraduate admissions are through ICAR's AIEEA-PG or university-level entrance tests. Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria including subject requirements and minimum marks. Reservation policies as per Government of Bihar norms are strictly followed.
