Established on 23 September 1983, Sri Durga Malleswara Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala (SDMSMK) is a premier autonomous women's institution located in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. The college received permanent affiliation on 24 December 1987, UGC recognition under sections 2(f) and 12(B) in 1988, and was admitted to Grant-in-Aid in 1990. Autonomy was conferred on 18 June 2003, and the Choice Based Credit System was introduced in 2005-06. The college holds NAAC A++ Grade with a CGPA of 3.56, valid till 1 February 2026.
