Krishna Kanta Das Commerce College, established on 7 November 1983, is a distinguished co-educational institution in Guwahati, Assam, specializing in commerce, economics, business administration, and computer applications. The college was founded as an evening college at Sonaram H.S. & Multipurpose School in Bharalumukh, Guwahati, with financial assistance from industrialist Late Sri Ramesh Chandra Chaudhury, at the initiative of educationists including Prof. Tarini Kanta Baruah, Prof. Dhirendranath Kalita, and Prof. Bhupen Deka. The institution was named in honor of Chaudhury's father, Late Keshab Chandra Das, a noted educationist during the British era.
The college relocated to its permanent campus in Chatribari, Guwahati, on 30 November 1994. A provincialised college under the Government of Assam, it is recognized by UGC, approved by AICTE, affiliated with Gauhati University, and certified with ISO 9001:2015.
